President: Carol S. Colton
Carol and her husband moved to Portland 18 years ago and love everything about Portland and Maine. She retired 13 years ago from a 30+ year career in insurance as a personal account manager and loved the opportunity it gave her to interact with and provide service to her clients. After retiring, she was looking for a way to give back to the community and was thrilled to join the steering committee to develop an initiative to help neighbors age in place. As a Board member, she spreads her passion for this program wherever she can. Carol also serves on the Board of Directors of Back Cove Neighborhood Assn.

Bruce believes community-wide support can help provide a more dignified, graceful, and safer way to age at home. He wants to help the Independent Seniors Network become a key support for all of us.
